TERMS OF SALES
1. PREAMBLE
These General Conditions of Sale are concluded on the one hand between French-Coach.com, and on the other hand by any person, hereinafter the “Customer”, purchasing products or services from French-Coach.com
ARTICLE 1.1 PURPOSE
French-Coach.com specializes in French as a Foreign Language (hereinafter FLE) training, aiming to teach French to non-French speakers.
These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of courses, whether individually or in the form of packages (packages) whatever the duration, allowing the learning of FLE.
ARTICLE 1.2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of courses, whether individually or in the form of packages, made through the French-Coach website, by bank transfer or in cash. They concern courses given via the Internet (Skype, Teams, Zoom, and Google meet).
French-Coach reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The T&Cs applicable then are those in force on the date of payment for the services. These General Terms and Conditions can be consulted on the website.
Acceptance of these terms is without reservation by asking the Customer to accept these General Terms and Conditions by means of a checkbox when making initial contact (“Contact” section).
The Customer declares to have read all of these General Conditions of Sale, and where applicable the Special Conditions of Sale linked to a service, and to accept them without restriction or reservation. The Customer acknowledges that he has benefited from the necessary advice and information during 2 hours of free lessons and exchange of emails, in order to ensure the suitability of the offer to his needs. The Client declares that he is able to contract legally or validly represent the natural or legal person for whom he is contracting.
ARTICLE 1.3 PRICE
The prices of courses or packages sold through the website, by bank transfer or in cash are indicated in Euros including tax and are precisely determined on the product or service description pages of the French-Coach website. Prices are given for information only and may be subject to variations. Prices indicated in Euros are deemed net. They may be modified at any time without notice, the price in force being that existing on the day of the order. Orders placed on the website are payable in Euros only, via bank transfer to the account indicated by French-Coach or in cash.
2. REGISTRATIONS AND OPERATION
COURSES AND PACKAGES
2.1 The customer has the option of paying for the courses individually by bank transfer or in cash or of subscribing to a package (packages) which will be paid by bank transfer or in cash for a determined number of hours in order to benefit from 'a discount.
2.2 Lessons given must be paid per week within 7 days if they are booked per hour. If booked as a package, they must be paid within 7 days of booking for the total package.
2.3 Registration for courses and packages is individual and nominative. It may give rise to transfer between members, including within the same family following written acceptance from French-Coach.
2.4 Courses purchased via a package must be consumed within a predetermined period of six months. After this period, these courses will be considered obsolete and will not give rise to any refund.
2.5 The packages include a certain number of sessions per week or per month at a fixed time and day decided on the day of registration.
2.6 Any change in course time or location must be previously validated by both parties.
2.7 All packages are valid for six months from the date of payment.
3. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF COURSE DAYS AND TIMES
3.1 Courses canceled less than 24 hours in advance, whatever the reason, are due and will not be recovered by the Client.
3.2 In the event of absence reported at least 24 hours in advance, the Client has the possibility of recovering the missed course if a new slot can be identified. A new day and time will be offered.
3.3 An absence or a request for a schedule change reported less than 24 hours in advance does not give rise to any recovery or reimbursement with the exception of force majeure.
4. REFUND
Courses and packages are not subject to any refund, whatever the reasons given.
5. REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Registrations are made via the contact form or in person in the event of renewal of a package.
6. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
The parties submit these general conditions of sale to Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to arbitration by the Court of Arbitration of Brussels.
7. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
French-Coach takes particular care in data protection and implements the necessary means to respect its commitments.
